The pencil therefore fulfils not just a fashionable or personal, but also very practical needs of artists and graphic designers from all over the world who share their work in digital formats: when you photograph or scan a drawing made with conventional graphite pencils, the shiny graphite can create very tricky and troublesome reflections, losing clarity and detail and making it necessary to make multiple impressions from different angles! 
The new graphite pencil from Faber-Castell guarantees extremely reduced reflection on the paper and thus true-to-the-original reproduction possibilities. Like all Faber Castell pencils, it is extra break-resistant, lightfast and made to an extremely high quality finish. Even the pencil itself is matt so you’ll not get them muddled with your other graphite pencils.
