Michael Harding Refined Pale Linseed Oil – 100ml

£6.26

Of all the oils, Michael Harding use linseed because it produces the strongest of paint films, thus helping to ensure your painting’s longevity. Alkali Refined Pale Linseed Oil is a pale oil extracted from the seeds of the flax plant. When mixed with oil paint, linseed oil also increases the paint’s gloss and transparency, while thinning the paint so that it flows more easily and discourages brushmarks. Linseed oil will slow the drying time of the paint, making it suitable for use with dry ground pigments.

About South West Art

Run by artists, for artists. We are an independent specialist art shop based on the high street in Sidmouth, Devon, and online across the UK. Every member of our team is an artist, so every order and every customer genuinely matters to us. We are proud to offer personal, knowledgeable service whether you shop online, visit us in person, or call for advice.

In an era where specialist high street shops are disappearing, we are a rare find, supporting professionals, serious amateurs, beginners, and those simply having a go. Visiting artists regularly tell us we are one of the best art shops in the country, which reflects the quality of our ranges, value, and service. We may be small, but we are mighty.

To keep prices competitive, we offer 5% off RRP on all colour ranges, plus a Loyalty Scheme giving regular customers an additional 10% off already reduced colours and all other products, including framing.
