Manganese Blue Hue is a clear greenish azure blue colour. It is based on the now obsolete Manganese Blue made of Barium Manganate, although Hue usually suggests it is a mixed colour, in this instance it is still a pure single pigment but just not the original pigment traditionally/initially associated with the colour Manganese Blue.
